About Condition Modification Hearings
This page contains postings of Parole Board agendas that are dedicated to modifying the conditions of certain offenders who are currently on parole.
The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners will meet to review and/or modify the conditions of offenders listed on these agendas.
Condition Modification Meetings
Condition Modification meetings are open to the public. Visitors may attend the hearings at the location(s) specified for the hearing date.
The Board may close portions of hearings to accept confidential information as provided in NRS 213.130(8), and to deliberate in private following a public hearing pursuant to NRS 213.130(5). The Board will accept public comments from applicable victims during a public hearing pursuant to NRS 213.130(4).
If You Wish to Provide Input
Any person wishing to provide written input on any of these cases may provide it, in writing, in advance of the hearing, or may present it in person at the start of the hearings at the parole board location where the hearings will be held.
Victims Wishing to Testify
Any victim wishing to testify at a hearing may provide that input at the onset of the hearings. The Board will not entertain verbal input from any person other than the victim in this case. Agendas are subject to change and offenders may be removed from an agenda without notice. The Board reserves the right to take items in a different order to accomplish business in the most efficient manner.
